what we're focusing on this year
last year taught us a lot. here's what we're doing differently in 2026 and how we're measuring if it actually works.
three big things we want to achieve
we're not into vague mission statements. these are concrete goals with actual numbers attached. we'll update this page quarterly so you can see if we're on track or falling behind.
help 200+ stores find their growth leaks
in 2025 we worked with 150 companies. most of them came to us not knowing what was actually broken in their funnel. our audits spotted issues they completely missed - checkout flows that confused people, product pages that didn't answer basic questions, tracking setups that gave wrong data.
this year we want to help 200 stores. that's 50 more businesses that will know exactly what's costing them sales instead of just guessing.
build better tracking systems
too many stores still make decisions based on feelings instead of data. they think a product is selling well but can't prove it. they believe their ads work but don't actually track conversions properly.
we've set up analytics for dozens of companies already, but this year we're focusing specifically on custom tracking dashboards. not generic google analytics reports that nobody understands - actual dashboards that show what matters for each specific business.
what this looks like:
- proper event tracking for key actions (not just pageviews)
- custom reports that answer real business questions
- dashboards owners can actually read without a data science degree
- tracking that works correctly across devices and platforms
share what works through real case studies
we're tired of generic marketing advice that sounds good but doesn't help anyone. "optimize your product pages" - okay, but how? "improve your checkout flow" - what specifically needs to change?
this year we're publishing detailed breakdowns of strategies that actually drove results. real numbers, real tactics, real problems we solved. we're aiming for at least 12 in-depth case studies by december.
case studies will include:
- the exact problem we found during the audit
- what we changed and why we changed it
- before/after metrics with actual percentages
- screenshots and examples so you can see what we did
how we're tracking this
we'll update this page every quarter (march, june, september, december) with our actual progress. if we're behind, we'll say so. if something didn't work, we'll explain what we learned.
want to be part of our 200 projects?
we'll audit your store for free and show you what's actually broken. no sales pitch, just honest feedback on what needs work.
